(for Custom Projects)

We promise it’s not that long!

Pricing: All custom projects require a non-refundable 50% deposit down prior to any work done. This is applied to the final price for your project.

Final deposit will be requested once we finish the piece. Please, be payment ready. You will have two weeks after the piece is completed & we reach out for final payment to pay your remaining total. Failure to respond/pay may result in forfeiture of the piece. We are understanding people and can arrange installed payments if needed, but don’t ghost us! We reserve the right to resell if we see fit.

We love to stay connected with our clients! We ask that you keep us updated if any changes occur on your end, especially regarding payment.

Timeline: We always try our best to finish custom projects within a reasonable, efficient timeline. If you need your project by a certain time, please let us know! We ensure a quick turnaround by not accepting too many requests at one time, keeping a chronological request list, and by keeping you in the loop of of our current availability & when we can fit your project in. So we can guestimate, but we cannot guarantee the exact timeline will be met.

Artistic Integrity: By choosing us for you project, you are agreeing to have trust in us to use our artistic integrity to bring your project into fruition! You have come to us for our individual artistic eye. We do not recreate other artists work, so we ask that you don’t send us other artists designs to recreate. We reserve the right to refuse any custom if we feel it does not fall within our scope for any reason. Please understand that it’s just us, and we are busy people, who sometimes need a break from custom work to keep our creative juices flowing. If this is the case, we will email you before any deposit is made.

All of our custom work falls under our normal shop policy (mentioned in our FAQs) as well as the policies above, more specific to custom work.
